A Brief Introduction to The Standout Coaching Academy

The Standout Coaching Academy is a leadership and business coaching academy devoted to building the capacities of leaders across board using practical and daily life tools. Most of its activities are directed towards helping people see and work towards being the best they can be. As the name implies, we want people to stand out where ever they find themselves.

To raise self-deterministic men, women and youth.
To position people for global leadership and entrepreneurship.
To raise people with savvy for greatness.

To find where they are thick (their areas of strength) now, and exploit it to gainful, profiting ends; as they go on building on technological development – being wise enough to spread it over reasonable time.

Vision of The Standout Coaching Academy

The vision of this organization is to help position people to standout for greatness, through life coaching and leadership trainings. We also aim to inspire and teach everybody in the world to be better leaders one person at a time.

One of the most important roles…leaders are called to play is that of coach. In this role, they:

Mission of The Standout Coaching Academy

The mission is to make our clients top achievers and high performers by facilitating leadership development training across board, i.e. corporate organizations, religious organizations, government organizations. We operate on the core values of;

Teamwork: Nobody ever achieved anything of great value alone. We believe and we teach that the best way to working effectively is as a team.
Learning: We wake up every day hoping to learn something new to facilitate our relationship with others.
Positivity: Positive live healthier and better lives and they relate more efficiently. It is never as bad as it is reported.
Diversity and inclusion: We were humans before we were in genders, social class, religious class, ethnic class. Nobody asked to be born where they were born.

History of The Standout Coaching Academy

The SOCA began in 2017 and has since then been very contributory to the building of many leaders. The Academy is only very active at the moment in Nigeria working towards expanding its reach to other African nation and then to the world at large.

There are two arms of SOCA that operate interdependently. These arms attend to different sections of people but the foundational goal is the same. These arms are;

The corporate SOCA is the foundation on which all other arms are built. This arm of the academy is dedicated to building the capacities of leaders in the corporate world. We teach leaders all the necessary skills they need to possess to enable them perform outstandingly in their positions and also help them advance in their careers.
The Pastor’s forum is a very important arm of SOCA as it focuses on helping Christian ministers to be equally balanced in all other areas of life especially financially as they are balanced spiritually.
